SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION:
Every item you see here is hand picked directly by me as something I genuinely love. I sincerely hope you love your purchase as much as I loved picking it out for you! However, if you are not completely satisfied, let me know and I will work with you to make it right.
Items must be returned unworn & unwashed. Of course, they must also be damage free.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 30 days of when you received your item(s).
Final sale items and items 50% off or more will not be eligible for return
Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange. However, I will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING:
The cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility. A return/exchange slip will be included with your purchase. Complete and return the form with your return or exchange to:

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.
For exchanges, I will process a new order and ship it at no cost to you. I will let you know if there is a price difference and will contact you for an additional payment if needed. If the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to the original form of payment. A store credit will be issued for any exchange request on an out of stock item. Store credit never expires.
When you receive your item(s), please immediately check thoroughly before you wear! If you receive a defective/damaged item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery and include a picture of the damage.
Once I receive the picture I will get in touch with the vendor and do whatever I can to have the item replaced for you.
I will also send a pre-paid return shipping label to you to cover all shipping costs for the damaged/defective item(s).
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery at email@example.com with your invoice number and what your correct item(s) should be, should this happen. I will send you a pre-paid shipping label to cover shipping costs. Send the wrong item back to me as quickly as possible so I can get the correct item to you.
Shipments are made within 48 hours, and many are shipped the day your order! I will provide
I am not responsible for any returns lost in the shipping process.
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days if standard shipping is selected. Products are shipped at the end of each business day. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
